Kelsea Ballerini joined Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb on the Today Show on Tuesday (5/8) to announce the nominees for the CMT Music Awards Male Video of the Year, Female Video of the Year and Video of the Year categories. CMT followed with the rest of the artists receiving nods for this year’s award show.
Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line and Carrie Underwood are all tied with 4 nominations each and pop artists Justin Timberlake and Bebe Rexha each received recognition in the Video of the Year category.
Little Big Town will host the 2018 CMT Music Awards which will be held in Nashville on Wednesday, June 6, and broadcast on CMT starting at 8pm (ET).
