Blake Shelton kicked off his CMA Music Festival week at the CMT Awards where he performed his new single “Every Time I Hear That Song.” You can watch the video of the performance below.
The 40-year-old singer belted out his song for the packed house at the Music City Center in Nashville. Shelton was dressed up for the occasion replacing his usual plaid shirt and jeans with a grey suit and black dress shirt.
His girlfriend and fellow The Voice coach Gwen Stefani was not in attendance for the performance but she did make sure to mention her beau in an Instagram post during the evening. “Watching this guy @blakeshelton #cmtawards gx,” she captioned along with a photo of the couple.
