The much loved Jamboree In The Hills fans have spoken and Jamboree In The Hills listened. After previously announcing changes to the festival’s format and listening to the fans feedback Jamboree In The Hills is returning to their roots – The People Have Spoken! In 2017 – they will continue with the beloved name of JAMBOREE IN THE HILLS and all four days, July 13-July 16, 2017.
Jamboree In the Hills will continue with the most popular tradition where fans can bring in decorated coolers to enjoy their own beverages. There will be in and out privileges so patrons can go back to their campground throughout the weekend. The same rules will apply as in the past – no liquor or glass will be let in to the festival area.
In order to address our safety concerns they are also adding additional security, alcohol compliance programs, and enhanced campground safety measures.
Other fan favorites including the famed “Redneck Run” each morning and the up-close-and-personal fan photo aisle in front of the main stage will take place as usual. As always, chairs and canopies will still be allowed in the upper section of the venue, and a spectacular fireworks show will take place on Saturday night this year.
“Our Jambo fans are some of the most loyal and fun loving music fans in the country, we want to make sure they have a terrific time at the festival and come back year after year,” said General Manager Kelly Tucker-Jones.
New for this year we will still be offering premium luxury camping packages called “Jambo-Glamp,” campsites with electric hook-ups, “Parking Lot After Parties,” a free Wednesday night concert presented by Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration and FREE showers for all on-site campers.
Nightly headliners already announced for this year’s Jamboree In The Hills are some of the top talents in the genre, including multi-PLATINUM artist Thomas Rhett on Thursday (7/13), RIAA’s top digital Country male artist of all time Jason Aldean on Friday (7/14) and seven-time GRAMMY award-winning trio Lady Antebellum on Saturday (7/15), along with Chris Young, Kelsea Ballerini and many more to be announced.
Ticket sales for Jamboree In The Hills begin with a one-day only sale Thursday (12/15) from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET, with exclusive deals on four-day passes and camping only.
