Kane Brown brings his show to drive-ins and outdoor theatres

on

As country fans gets restless for a concert and country acts are looking for more ways to perform safely for their fans, Kane Brown is the latest to take his show to the big screen. The singer will present a full-band, concert-length performance to take place on September 26, which will air in nearly 300 drive-ins and outdoor theatres across the United States and Canada.

Brown’s performance comes after drive-in shows that have already taken place by Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton. The producer, Encore Drive In Nights, recently brought Metallica and Shelton to the screen and have had attendance of 730,000 people so far this year.

Brown’s show, like Brooks’ show, will give fans a chance to experience a live show experience, albeit in a pre-recorded format. In addition to the music, he will also be doing a behind-the-scenes look and special interviews throughout the event.

Brown shared his new EP, Mixtape Vol. 1, in mid-August. The seven-track project features Brown’s single, “Cool Again,” as well as his new duet with Swae Lee and Khalid, “Be Like That.”

Tickets will go on sale beginning Thursday (Sept. 10). The show will be presented at Ohio drive-ins including Midway Drive In (Ravenna), Mayfield Road Drive In (Chardon) and Blue Sky Drive In Theater (Wadsworth). A full list of participating venues is available here.
