Maren Morris has been getting a lot of attention with her single, “My Church” from her self-titled EP and now debut album Hero. She wrote the song in less than an hour and it has been her calling card since it’s release with close to 16 million views on YouTube for the video.
The Texas native will perform at Quaker Steak & Lube in Sheffield as part of the WGAR Afternoon Saloon concert series on Wednesday, August 24.
Her follow up, “80’s Mercedes” is a more upbeat tune that again was written by Morris. The Texas native should get a lot of play time from radio stations from coast to coast with the new single and you can be sure to hear it on WGAR.
The Caliber Band will open the show at 5:00pm and then Morris will follow at 6:30pm. The Quaker Steak & Lube is located at 4900 Transportation Drive. Sheffield, Ohio.
