Morgan Wallen Makes Surprise Appearance at Eric Church Concert

on

When Eric Church announced he would be performing solo on this weekend’s dates on The Gather Again Tour in Pennsylvania, he added that he would have some big surprises. And, that’s exactly what The Chief did – inviting Cam to join him on Friday (Oct. 8) at PPG Arena and then on Saturday (Oct. 9) he brought out Morgan Wallen for his concert at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Church was performing a cover of Wallen’s song, “Sand in My Boots,” when the singer appeared onstage only to be met with a thunderous sound of cheers and applause.

The two shared the stage for seven songs covering “Sand in My Boots,” “Whiskey Glasses,” “Somebody’s Problem,” “Silverado For Sale,” and “Quittin’ Time” as well as Church’s “Record Year” and “Homeboy,” a song that Wallen has performed live and admittedly one of his favorites.

Wallen will finally get back out on the road with his own headlining stops this fall. His upcoming dates in October and November include two shows in Alabama, two in Georgia and one in Tennessee. All but one of the dates have already been Sold Out.
