The Cadillac Three Brings Black Roses Tour To House of Blues

After a successful run of shows this past fall in Europe and the U.K., The Cadillac Three returned to the states to pick up where they had left off. The group has become a very vital part of the Country music scene over the past decade and was chosen to headline the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Series with their 28-city The Black Roses Tour that kicked off on January 19 in Memphis, Tennessee.  The tour makes a stop at the House of Blues in Cleveland on Thursday, February 9.

“We’re stoked to partner up with Monster Energy Outbreak Presents to bring an even bigger and better show to y’all than ever before. See ya on the road!,” stated the members in a tour press release.

The Black Roses Tour got it’s name from a line in the band’s anthem “Bury Me in My Boots”: “send me on my way with some black roses / this the path I’ve chosen and you can’t go with me.” The song is the title track to the Cadillac Three’s major-label debut on Big Machine Records, released last August.

The members of The Cadillac Three – Jaren Johnston (lead vocals, guitar), Kelby Ray (bass guitar, Dobro, acoustic guitar, vocals) and Neil Mason (drums, vocals) will have some special guests with them on The Black Roses Tour which includes Aubrie Sellers on their stop at the House of Blues.

Now in its fifth consecutive year, the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Series has featured the biggest breakthrough artists including Cole Swindell and most recently Kane Brown. The Cadillac Three were hand-selected by Outbreak Presents who are known for pairing new talent with fan-friendly ticket prices, the series encourages fans to discover the best of what’s next..

The Cadillac Three have proven to be a force with music that hovers between radio-ready Country anthems, hard-and-heavy Rock ballads and traditional Southern folk. Out now, their highly-anticipated new album Bury Me In My Boots features 14 tracks with writing credits attributed to Mason for “Graffiti,” a collaboration with Johnston on “Soundtrack To A Six Pack” and “Drunk Like You.”

With a raw sound like no other, the buzz-worthy band builds upon Mason’s thundering, melodic percussion and the gruff vocals of Johnston along with Ray’s lap steel, all ready to explode at a moment’s notice. In addition to their own list of songs, the band written for superstars including Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts and Miranda Lambert. Johnston most recently co-wrote and co-produced the title track “We’re All Somebody From Somewhere” with Steven Tyler for his first Country solo album. The Grammy-nominated frontman also picked up a CMA Triple Play Award for three chart-topping singles in a 12-month period with “Beachin’” (Jake Owen), “Sunshine & Whiskey” (Frankie Ballard) and “Raise ‘Em Up” (Keith Urban featuring Eric Church), which also earned Johnston an ACM Award nomination for Song of the Year.
