Born on this day in 1967 in Start, Louisiana, was @thetimmcgraw. The singer, songwriter, producer and actor made his mark with his second studio album 'Not A Moment Too Soon' in 1994. The album peaked at #1 and contained his first #1 hit, "Don't Take The Girl." He has returned to the top spot on the charts another 29 times since, with hits including "I Like It, I Love it," "Just to See You Smile" and "Live Like You Were Dying." He started his acting career in 1997 on the Jeff Foxworthy Show and continued with roles in films including "Flicka" (2006), "The Blind Side" (2009) and "Friday Night Lights" (2004).

Born on this day in 1933 in Abbott, Texas, was @@willienelsonofficial. The singer, songwriter, musician and actor has released almost 100 studio albums with dozens of singles that reached the top spot on the charts including "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys," "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" and "On The Road Again." He began his film career in 1979 with "The Electric Horseman" and continued with "Honesuckle Rose" among dozens of other appearances in film and TV. His songwriting career includes country standards including "Funny How Time Slips Away", "Hello Walls", "Pretty Paper", and "Crazy."

On This Day in 2002: @kennychesney released No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems. It was Chesney's sixth studio album, and first to top the Billboard 200. The album produced five singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart between 2001 and 2003 with "Young" (#2), "The Good Stuff" (#1), "A Lot of Things Different" (#6), "Big Star" (#2), and the title track (#2).

"The Good Stuff" was the biggest hit of Chesney's career at the time, not only spending seven weeks at #1, but also becoming Billboard's Number One country single of 2002 according to Billboard Year-End. In 2004, the album was certified quadruple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for sales of over four million copies in the United States.

@leannrimes will be performing at the Mentor Civic Amphitheater on Sunday, July 28 at 7pm as a part of the Mentor Rocks summer concert series.

Rimes is a Grammy, ACM, CMA and Dove Award winner and holds the record as Billboard’s Hot 100 all-time #1 hit by a female artist with “How Do I Live”, which currently ranks #6 on Billboard’s “Greatest of All Time: Hot 100 Songs” list.

Mentor Rocks is an all-ages event which promotes a festival-like atmosphere each week with an average of 7,148 attendees per performance.

In addition to great music, attendees can enjoy a great selection of food from area vendors as well as an assortment of beers and wines for those 21 and over. The venue features lawn seating, so bring your own blankets or chairs. Outside food is permitted although outside alcohol is not. Coolers will be checked at the gate. Overflow parking is available at the nearby Mentor Senior Center and Mentor High School. Please observe posted parking restrictions.

Admission and parking to all Mentor Rocks events are FREE of charge thanks to the generous support of Mentor Rocks sponsors.

@lukebryan takes a hard fall during his performance at Coast City Country Fest in Vancouver, BC, Canada, on Saturday night, after a fan threw a cell phone on stage during his performance of “I Don't Want This Night To End."

The 47-year old country star seemed alright and joked about it after finding someone in the crowd who had caught it on camera.

After handing the cell phone that caused him to slip and fall back to the owner, Luke joked, “It’s okay, my lawyer will be calling.”
