Devin Dawson has had a lot of celebrating to do lately. He was nominated for the ACM Awards New Male Vocalist of the Year earlier this month, his debut single “All On Me” is a top-five hit and yesterday (March 22) he received his first gold record for that song on Ellen.
Dawson was making his first appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’ show when she surprised him with the plaque commemorating his achievement of 500,000 in sales for the single. He also performed the song live for the show which you can watch below.
Dawson has also recorded a new version of his breakthrough hit, as well as a cover of Maroon 5 ’s “Whiskey.” The accomplished musician laid down every instrument and vocal track himself for the latest installment of Spotify Singles.
