Jason Aldean was honored with two RIAA Diamond certifications backstage at his sold-out Double Down Tour date in Washington, D.C., for his hits, “You Make It Easy” and “Dirt Road Anthem.” The certifications were a career first for the Georgia native which comes on the heels of a run of new RIAA certifications for Aldean. Earlier this month twelve of Aldean’s albums and singles received new Platinum certifications, including My Kinda Party (6× Platinum album). Newly Diamond certified “Dirt Road Anthem,” from his multi-Platinum My Kinda Party album, became one of the signature breakthrough anthems of Aldean’s career, while “You Make It Easy” became and has remained a continuous fan favorite following its release.
