Aldean, Wallen and Combs Take Top 3 Spots and Make History On The Hot 100 Chart

on

Jason Aldean’s “Try That in a Small Town” rose to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The single, released in May, moves from its No. 2 debut despite having received much backlash and the video being removed from CMT last month.

Aldean isn’t the only artist at the top of the Hot 100. Morgan Wallen’s “Last Night” is at No. 2 and Luke Combs’ “Fast Car” has the No. 3 spot.

It is the first time since the Hot 100’s 1958 inception that the three top spots are taken by country songs.

Jason Aldean’s rescheduled date from his concert canceled by weather last month at Blossom Music Center is Sunday, September 17th. Tickets for the original date will be honored and some tickets still remain and are available through Live Nation.
