George Strait and Chris Stapleton Headline Buckeye Country Superfest

Buckeye Country Superfest returns for the sixth installment of their event at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio this Saturday, May 27. Last year’s event, with Luke Combs as the headliner, broke their attendance record with 63,000 in attendance.

This year the George Strait will headline the annual event at Ohio Stadium along with ACM Entertainer of the Year, Chris Stapleton, plus special guests, Grammy Award-winning band Little Big Town and rising country star Warren Zeiders.

Strait and Stapleton will team up for one-off stadium shows in six cities, with Little Big Town also joining them for those dates.

“When I walk through those curtains and see those smiling faces, my feet don’t touch the ground again ‘til I walk back out and get on that bus that got me there. That’s from a song I wrote called ‘I’ll Always Remember You.’ It’s a true statement,” Strait shared.

“I love doing these shows with George about as much as I like doing anything. There’s nothing to compare it to,” added Stapleton. “So many of his songs are in the ethos of what country music is. Playing these shows together is a great experience all the way around.”
