Kenny Chesney gets back to a full touring schedule this year with stadium dates and smaller amphitheater and arena concerts including his Blossom Music Center show on Wednesday, June 6.
The Trip Around The Sun Tour kicks off on April 21 at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium and will include stops in 39 cities before it comes to an end with two shows at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. on August 24-25. In 2017, Gillette Stadium — one of Chesney’s favorite spots to play — was his only stadium stop of the year.
Joining Chesney on the tour are Thomas Rhett, Old Dominion and singer/songwriter Brandon Lay. For the Blossom date only Old Dominion will be a part of the support lineup.
“There’s nothing like a stadium full of people coming together to remind you what life’s about,” says Chesney. “The energy, the moments, the fun. Every single one of these artists who’re coming out with us for Trip Around the Sun live their lives the exact same way: they work hard, they appreciate what they’re given and they love music every bit as much as they love life. I, personally, can’t wait to see this show hit the road.”
Chesney, who’s been called “The King of the Road” by Wall Street Journal and “The People’s Superstar” by the The Los Angeles Times, loves to be onstage and knows that his shows have become a part of the summer tradition for so many of his fans.
Tickets for the Trip Around The Sun Tour with Kenny Chesney and special guests Old Dominion at Blossom Music Center on Wednesday, June 6 go on sale to the public on Friday, March 9 at 10am. Tickets range in price from $33-$133 and are available at LiveNation.com.
