Luke Bryan Cuts $1 Million Off Selling Price of Florida Home

on

If you are still dreaming of ways to spend your lottery millions, Luke Bryan’s ocean-front Florida home is on the market.

The four-story, 4,645 square-foot beachfront home in Santa Rosa Beach was built in 1994, and according to property records, was purchased by Bryan and his wife, Caroline Boyer, for $2.5 million in 2013.

The four bedroom, four bath home is called “Snowman,” the nickname of his late brother Chris. The home also boasts an elevator, 95′ of Gulf frontage, a pool, an elevator and a whole lot more.

The home, which will come fully furnished, was first placed on the market for $18 million in January. Then in March, the asking price dropped to $16 million. Now you can get it for only $14.9 million.

Bryan has not stated if he is leaving Florida entirely, though he does have his primary residence, which they have named “The Red Dirt Farm” in Williamson County near Nashville, Tennessee.

Last year Bryan was criticized for appearing on stage with Florida Governor, Ron Desantis, who had sent migrants to Martha’s Vineyard just weeks before.
