Luke Bryan Ready to Take Blossom Over for Two Shows

on

The reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year returns to Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio for two shows on August 11 & 12.  His Kill The Lights Tour began back in February and will go until the end of October with special guests Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town along for the ride. Frankie Ballard opened for Bryan in Milwaukee and Chris Stapleton was added for select cities on the tour, as well.

Bryan started his career with his 2007 debut album, I’ll Stay Me, and has followed with four more I’ll Stay Me, Doin’ My Thing, Tailgates & Tanlines, Crash My Party and his current album Kill the Lights.  The albums have produced 15 #1 singles and sold over seven million copies combined.

He will most likely kick off his show with his #1 single, “Rain is a Good Thing” and go on to cover more of his recent hits like “Rollercoaster,” “I See You” and “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Everyday,” which is his current single from the Kill The Lights album.

At earlier shows on tour he has performed with Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town on “Home Alone Tonight” and with Little Big Town on “Thinkin Out Loud”/”Lets Get It On” (Marvin Gaye cover)  and a cover of Brooks & Dunn’s “Play Something Country” with Dustin Lynch.

It seems fair that Bryan brings the opening acts out for his set, as the crowd is so one sided at his shows the opening acts sometimes get overlooked.  But, Little Big Town who hit it big with “Girl Crush” last year are no strangers to the opening slot and Dustin Lynch has had success with his limited singles released, including his debut “Cowboys and Angels,” “Where It’s At (Yep, Yep)” and is currently working up the charts with his latest “Seein’ Red” and should have no trouble grabbing some attention from the crowd at Blossom Music Center.

Bryan will perform his two shows in Cuyahoga Falls and then get back on the bus for a trip down I71 to Cincinnati for another two shows starting the next night.

Luke Bryan will perform along with special guests Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch on the Kill The Lights Tour on Thursday, August 11 and Friday, August 12 at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Showtime is 7:00pm. Tickets are $32.50-$82.25, and are available at Ticketmaster.com, LiveNation.com, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or at the Blossom Music Center Box Office.
