Pitbull and Luke Bryan will headline Bash on the Bay 6 at the music festival held at Put-in-Bay Airport. The two-day event will take place on Wednesday, August 23 and Thursday, August 24.
The event, which began in 2017, will kick off on the first day with Kaylyn Pace, Ashland Craft, Filmore, Elle King and Pitbull.
The lineup for Thursday night includes Cory Farley Band, Adam Doleac, Dylan Scott and Brothers Osborne opening the show for headliner Luke Bryan.
The event organizer, Tom Niese, stated last year in interviews that he was receiving requests to branch out from what was strictly a country music event in year’s past.
Grammy award winning artist Pitbull will fill that role and from comments by fans, most seem to not be bothered by the addition of a pop music artist to a country music event.
