Newcomer to the country music scene Devin Dawson has a lot to look forward to these days. You may have not heard of him yet but his new single “All On Me” is an edgy mix country and a touch of soul/rock. Dawson’s new single has also been featured on XM Highway and CMT. His full-length album will be out sometime later in 2017.
The California native grew up listening to music of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Johnny Cash and Alan Jackson. He made his move to Nashville in 2012 and spent years writing songs for other artists. After a few years of honing his chops he decided to set out on his own and signed a deal with Warner Music Nashville.
Being called “One of the most exciting modern singer-songwriters the format has ever seen” by many, Dawson recently was added to several notable tours. He recently took the opening spot for Maren Morris on her sold our Hero Tour and will also be doing several shows opening up for the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on their Soul2Soul Tour.
Devin Dawson will be performing at Legends Sports Pub and Grille in Green, Ohio for the 94.9 WQMX Rising Star Showcase on Thursday, April 13, 2017. The FREE acoustic concert will be followed by a Meet & Greet. Admission is FREE.
