Dylan Scott released his self-titled debut album in August 2016 which climbed into the Top 5 on the Country Albums Charts and had a No. 1 hit with his breakout single, “My Girl.” You can say that the singer has had a busy year with lots to celebrate. Now he will keep the celebration going with his new holiday EP, Merry Christmas, which will be released on October 13.
Scott, made his way to Northeast Ohio several times this year performing at both The Country Fest in North Lawrence, Ohio in June and at the Country Jam at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in August.
The five-song project features holiday classics such as “Winter Wonderland,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “The Christmas Song,” “White Christmas” and “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.”
“Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and I am really excited about the release of my first Christmas EP,” says Dylan. “I grew up listening to the holiday classics and to be able to record and perform some of these songs is a dream come true.”
Dylan will also be featured as a supporting act on Justin Moore’s Hell on a Highway Tour, which kicks off on the same day that his holiday album drops and runs through May 2018.
