During yesterday’s Bash On The Bay at Put-In-Bay Airport it was announced that Kid Rock will headline the 2019 event on August 29.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Kid Rock’s music has encompassed rock, hip hop, and he crossed over into country music with “Picture,” a duet with Sheryl Crow in 2002. His biggest hit to date, and a staple on many country radio stations, is “All Summer Long.” The song reached #1 in eight countries and hit #23 in the United States.
Kid Rock’s last album, Sweet Southern Sugar made it’s debut at #4 on the Billboard Hot Country Albums Chart in 2017. The album has produced “Po-Dunk,” which peaked#27 on the Hot Country Songs Chart, “Greatest Show on Earth” which peaked at #16 on the Mainstream Rock Chart and “Tennessee Mountain Top” which made it’s way up to #36 on the Hot Country Songs Chart. He has also produced nine of eleven of his studio albums with over 23 million units sold.
