About the band: RiverHawk is a modern Country band that plays Top 40 Country mixed with some Country rock. The group also plays Country dance favorites and has become one of the favorites for the line dancers at Thirsty Cowboy in Medina. Their mature group of members all have a passion for the music that they play. The group performs all over Northeast Ohio and Western PA., playing today’s modern country music mixed with a little classic country flavor from the past. RiverHawk likes to keep their fans feet tapping and dancing to the music at all time.
The Northern Ohio band plays shows at venues and clubs including dates at Jewels Dance Hall in Austinburg, Red Dog Saloon in East Sparta and Yankee Bootlegger’s Saloon in Brookfield. Last November RiverHawk was the featured band on the Fox 8 News Jukebox.
Why you should see their show: RiverHawk likes to kick it up with a party atmosphere at every gig and brands their music as “Country Music with Attitude.” Their fans come to see them play all over Northeast Ohio because they play the current Top 40 Country and also add classic Country in their set list. Country dancers love them for their mix of music that is line dance and two-step friendly. But, the band knows when to change it up and plays a few slow tempo favorites that has appeal for the romantic side of dancers on the floor.
