Many media outlets have been reporting that Luke Bryan broke his finger while visiting Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky. But, the singer posted a short video to clear up any assumptions that have been made after his wife Caroline posted on Instagram that she twisted her ankle and that he broke his finger.
“I did not break my finger and I did not break my finger at a roller coaster park,” Bryan tells Instagram in a stern video. “My finger’s not broken. Please stop reporting that it is broken.”

The singer was upset that many have been reporting that he had broken his finger, and added that his upcoming shows may be in jeopardy.
The trip to Cedar Point was part of the celebration of their son, Tatum Christopher Bryan’s birthday, which is August 11. “Another adventure in the books! Luke broke a finger and I twisted another ankle…pretty much a normal day for us!” Caroline wrote in the caption of the post that Bryan had an injury, which started the media frenzy.

Speculation about the injury will continue, as will Bryan’s tour. He will make stops this week in New Jersey (Aug. 12), Montreal (Aug. 13) and Saratoga Springs, NY (Aug. 14). He will also bring his Farm Tour to Mechanicsburg, Ohio, on Sept. 16.
