The Heart of CCC Local Country Jam is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and catch three of the area’s hottest groups – and support a great cause at the same time!

This year the Local Country Jam brings to the stage Laredo Band, Third Monkey and Reckless Highway. The event happens on Sunday, March 10th from 1pm-7pm at Thirsty Cowboy in Medina (2743 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256).

The event, which is sponsored by Thirsty Cowboy and Otter Entertainment, not only offers live country music from three of the area’s finest groups, but there will also be Line Dance Lessons with Jane Shaw, DJ, Dancing, Sideboards, 50/50 Raffles and a Grillin’ & Chillin’ Raffle Package featuring a Blackstone Grill.

The proceeds of the event go to Veterans Who Care. The Lorain, Ohio, based non-profit group’s mission is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of veterans and individuals in our communities. Through their various programs and initiatives, they strive to empower and uplift those in need.

Last years event had over 300 attendees and if the weather cooperates, it could even be a better turnout in 2024. The Local Country Jam is ages 18+. Admission is $10 and tickets are available online at ThirstyCowboy.com or at the door on March 10th.
