Styles Haury Releases Video for Latest Single “Getaway”

Styles Haury brings a tropical feel with his latest video for his single “Getaway.” (watch below) The video was filmed in the Florida Keys in the village of Islamorada and has the sights of a perfect place to ‘getaway’ from the everyday grind – from the beautiful beaches to fishing in the blue water off the coast of the village of islands.

The Medina, Ohio native co-wrote the song about everyone that wants to quit their day jobs and head to paradise. Part of the inspiration for Haury was the kind of music that Kenny Chesney has been putting out about the living life on the white sand beaches.  Coming full circle on the song, he headed to the studio in Nashville with John Conley and John Willis, who have worked with Chesney in the studio and on tour.

“The song was fun to film and bring to life in the video,” Haury explained. “We caught a Mahi Mahi out on the boat, which is the one seen in the film and later that night we all went back to a restaurant where they cooked it fresh for us, so that was pretty cool.”

The “Getaway” single is available at Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify and Google Play. Haury will be releasing more new music soon, including “Junk Drawer Memories” on April 3. You can see him perform all of his originals and a whole lot more on Saturday, March 31 at Thirsty Cowboy in Medina.
