Country and Southern Rock band Whiskey Bound will be returning to the House of Blues in Cleveland this Saturday, February 24 for Local Brews Local Grooves. The event features samplings from the areas finest breweries alongside some of the best local bands in in all-house event at the venue.
Whiskey Bound is one of nine bands and three DJ’s who will be performing during the night on stages all throughout the House of Blues. The band made their first appearance at the Downtown venue last October when they performed at the Whiskey and White Lightning Music Festival.
“We are excited to come back to the HOB and show everyone what the Whiskey Bound experience is all about,” explained Steve Grabbe of Whiskey Bound. “We have a great set list lined up and we will be giving away some free merchandise, too. It is going to be a night to remember.”
In addition to performing at Local Brews Local Grooves, Whiskey Bound was also invited to be a part of the taping of a segment for Fox 8’s show, New Day Cleveland to promote the event (watch the video below). During the filming the group was able to talk with Natalie Herbick who is a host of the show.
“Natalie from New Day Cleveland was so kind and she was a pleasure to meet,” Grabbe confessed. “This is the first time we have ever been on TV, but she wants to get us onto the Fox 8 studios segment to have us perform live.”
Whiskey Bound will be performing at Local Brews Local Grooves on Saturday from 8pm-9:30pm on the main stage. More information on the event and tickets can be found on the House of Blues website.
