Top Ten Country Love Songs

on

Country Music has had more cheatin’, drinkin’ and truck drivin’ songs than you can shake a stick at, but there have also been a ton of great love songs, too. It is difficult to pick just ten songs, but here are CCM’s Top Ten and since we originally were founded in 1991, we’ll start there with our list.

Some songs were easy choices like Collin Raye’s “Love Me,” that still can bring a tear to your eye when you hear it 27 years later and, of course, there are many that have become wedding songs including Thomas Rhett’s “Die A Happy Man” and Big & Rich’s “At This Moment.” But one that we almost forgot about was Blake Shelton’s 2011 single, “God Gave Me You,” that includes cameos from his soon-to-be wife, Miranda Lambert.

I am not even going to try and rank them, but instead I’ll just post them chronologically.

Did we include any of your favorite country love song on the list? If not, comment below with what your favorite country love song is from 1991 till today.
