Garth Brooks will help fans cope with being stuck in their homes during the coronavirus pandemic by live streaming an acoustic set next week.
The country star is one of a number of musicians taking to social media to live stream concerts for their fans as more and more concerts are being canceled or postponed.
Brooks said the half-hour set may feature his wife, Trisha Yearwood as a special guest.
“We’ll see if we can’t maybe talk the queen into showering up, and makeup and all of that stuff,” Brooks said.
Fans can request songs on his Facebook page.
The acoustic set will take place on Brooks’ “Inside Studio G” Facebook Live series on Monday (3/23) at 7pm (EST).
“Like everyone around the planet, everyone’s trying to pitch in, flatten the curve, do their part, social distancing,” Brooks says in the video.
