Neal McCoy and his crew were faced with a scary situation on Saturday morning as their tour bus caught on fire in Louisiana.
According to a pair of Facebook Live videos, posted by McCoy, his bus “Old Glory” caught fire around 6:30am in Mansfield, Louisiana, while on their way to Alexandria.
McCoy told the thousands of fans watching his videos live that everyone made it out okay.
“There’s Perry,” said McCoy. “There’s Darryl and Perry. Everybody’s okay in our group.”
In the video he posted later, McCoy shared some good news with fans, that the equipment being hauled in a trailer behind the bus was likely salvageable.
Once the fire was out, the country star did something that he has done 1493 times before: say the Pledge of Allegiance.
“But here we go guys, you all ready? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United State of America,” recited McCoy.
