In a recent WKYC Channel 3 report they reveal more about the highly anticipated Rascal Flatts Restaurant in Cleveland that was originally announced over 2 years ago and was expected to be opening this month.
The news station states that a representative for the Flats East Bank development says a previously projected July 1 grand opening date was made in error and no official opening date has been confirmed.
Channel 3 News also learned that the company behind the restaurant chain is being sued in California for backing out of a planned Rascal Flatts Restaurant in Hollywood and that one of the managers of RF Restaurants, LLC is the girlfriend of a former mob informant who was in the witness protection program.

Today, in front of the more than 10,000 square foot restaurant, a sign still reads: “Coming soon.”
“We are excited to get the Rascal Flatts open as they are under construction, but we are waiting on an official opening date from their team,” Flats East Bank marketing director Heidi Yanok said.
